Challenging learning
I love rabbit holes, so for the SAR work I invested in Aredn & Broadband Hamnet. Fascinating playing in the ghz area for the first time. IP phones and PBX on Raspberry Pi quickly followed and an area I was not familiar with at all. The challenge is worth the learning and for some reason, I think because of learning Pi more deeply I went back to DMR with an 878 & Dv-Mega hotspot. A new codeplug was born and the bluetooth on the 878 a working mode for vehicles I get dropped in...Bonus ! Buzz word certainly since last year is interoperability, magic boxes required.
